QUALITY
MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Requires: Bachelor’s
degree in a related area, preferably in Behavioral Sciences. Must have at least one (1) yr
exp. Three (3) to five (5) yrs
of directly related work exp. may be substituted for some of the degree
requirement at Supervisor’s discretion. Must be computer literate. Must have strong verbal and writing skills. Must be organized. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities: Serve as Quality Management Coordinator. Handle complaints from consumers.
Educate consumers, staff, and community about consumer advocacy and
rights. Participate in
coordinating community programs and events. Coordinate Planning and Advisory Committees. Recruit, train, supervise and
evaluate volunteers.
Participate in Medicaid Administrative Claiming. Coordinate Voter Registration
activities. Serve as liaison for
deaf and hard of hearing.
Provide general administrative support. Responsible for data collection, analysis, and
development of recommendations as a result of audits and quality
projects.
Salary: $32,000 - $36,500 DOEQ.
MH
CASE MANAGER/REHAB SKILLS TRAINING SPECIALIST
Requires: Bachelor’s
degree in the behavioral science fields plus exp. in the mental health
field. Prefer exp. in working
with individuals with severe mental illness and working with families and
utilizing community services. Individuals
with three (3) yrs mental health exp may be considered. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities: Provides
individual, family and group psychosocial rehabilitative skills training to
consumers assigned by the Authority Unit of ACCESS. The specialist will assist with
assessing needs, developing treatment goals, utilizing community resources,
developing social support systems and other appropriate services. Assess for crisis situation and
serve on-call rotation.
Salary: $28,094 annually.
CONTINUITY
OF CARE SERVICE COORDINATOR
Requires: Bachelor’s
degree in Human Services field and prefer at least (1) yr. exp. with DADS
protocols and direct exp. working with individuals with intellectual
disabilities. Bilingual
preferred.
Responsibilities:
Implement continuity services for MR Authority Services
in Anderson and Cherokee Counties.
Responsible for conducting permanency planning, interest list
management, waiver enrollments, assessing potential consumers to access
services, liaison with Supported State Living Centers, developing initial
plans of services and supports and managing a caseload.
Salary: $32,038
annually.
