CASE MANAGER
Requires: Bachelor’s
degree in Social or Behavior field along with one (1) yr of exp. with youth
and families; exp. may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Prefer exp. working with “at-risk” youth. Must have
a valid TX driver’s license and must be able to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities: Provide
linking services for youth with issues of delinquency, truancy, family
conflict and/or “runaway” in Cherokee County.
Salary: $23,500
- $32,000 annually DOE/Q.

SERVICE COORDINATOR
Requires: Bachelor’s
degree in Human Services field; prefer exp. working with developmentally
disabled individuals or a working knowledge of the dynamics of the
developmental disabled. Prefer
knowledge of DADS programs and services. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and linking to needed services, monitoring,
assessing and providing crisis intervention to developmentally disabled
children and adults in the general population.
Salary: Up to $28,542
annually DOE/Q.

MH CASE MANAGER
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field; prefer exp.
working with persons with mental illness, families and utilizing community
services. Must meet
current requirements for QMHP.
Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities: Assist consumers and family in
assessing needs, developing treatment goals, utilizing community resources,
developing social supports systems, provides skills training and other
appropriate services.
Salary: $28,500 - $29,000 DOE/Q.
