MOBILE CRISIS OUTREACH TEAM - CRISIS INTERVENTION
SPECIALIST
Requires:
Bachelor’s degree in human services field and practical exp. working with
persons with mental illness preferred. Travel and evening hours required. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provides immediate response to persons in mental health crisis. Provides interventions throughout
the community to divert from restrictive care, incarceration and emergency
medical services. Coordinates
access to necessary care and provide follow-up care.
Salary: $30,000
annually.

MH CASE MANAGER
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field; prefer exp.
working with persons with mental illness, families and utilizing community
services. Must meet
current requirements for QMHP.
Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities: Assist consumers and family in
assessing needs, developing treatment goals, utilizing community resources,
developing social supports systems, provides skills training and other
appropriate services.
Salary: DOE/Q.
